BREAD UTTAPAM

INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread (White/Brown/Multi-grain)
1/2 cup curd
1 cup suji (semolina)
2 tbsp whole wheat flour (Atta)
1 tbsp HOMEMADE RICE FLOUR
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 medium sized chopped onions
1 medium sized chopped tomato
1 small sized chopped capsicum
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

METHOD
Grind bread, suji, whole wheat flour, curd and water in a blender to form a smooth batter. Transfer this batter into a bowl, add chopped vegetables. Season with salt. Put oil on non-stick pan. Take ladle full of batter and pour it on pan. Cook till golden in colour. Flip it and cook from other side. Serve hot with kids favourite ketchup.

1. Grind together bread, semolina, curd, whole wheat flour with water.













2. Make a smooth batter like this.













3. Now add veggies.













4. Turn for seasoning with salt and pepper.













5. Mix well to make a little thin batter.












6. Heat oil in a pan, pour ladle full of batter.












7. Cook it  til golden brown in colour.




















8. Flip it to cook from other side.












9. Decorate with tomato sauce, tomato and capsicum.
