INGREDIENTS � cup cooked potato vegetable/ mixed vegetable/ paneer vegetable
2 cooked chapattis
� cup besan
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
2 tbsp water
Oil for deep frying
METHOD
Mash potatoes and stuff it in cooked chapatti and wrap the chapatti in envelope shape and make a batter of besan, add salt, garam masala and ajwain in it. Coat wrapped vegetable chapatti in besan batter and deep fry. Serve with imli chutney.
