FRUIT PUDDING



FRUIT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS                     Serves: 5-6 bowls

7-8 chopped strawberries
2 large chopped bananas
10-12 chopped black/ green grapes
� cup chopped pineapple
1 chopped and peeled apple
1 cup fresh cream
2 cup prepared custard with sugar
12-15 chocolate cream biscuits
3 tbsp softened butter
1 cup sugar
METHOD
1.      Crush biscuits and grind it to form a fine powder, rub it with 2 tbsp butter to give it crumbled soft texture.
2.      In a serving bowl, set biscuit mix as base of the pudding and let it set in fridge for 10 minutes.
3.      In a non- stick pan, put 1 tbsp butter, chopped bananas and sugar and cook till sugar dissolve completely and banana becomes golden in colour. Transfer this mix in a separate bowl.
4.      In a non-stick pan, put chopped strawberries and sugar and cook till sugar dissolves completely.
5.      Take out biscuit mixture from fridge, now put a layer of banana sugar mixture, put prepared custard over it, now put a layer of strawberry sugar paste, put a layer of � cup fresh cream, and now add chopped fruits over it.(chopped pineapple, chopped apple, chopped grapes)
6.      Repeat the layers starting with banana sugar mix, custard, strawberry paste, fresh cream and chopped fruits in last.
7.      Set in fridge for 2-3 hours and serve.

* You can put fruits according to the availability and taste of your child.
