QUICK MANGO ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup milkmaid
3 tbsp sugar






 


METHOD
Mix all the ingredients well in a blender to form a smooth paste. Transfer it in a air-tight container. Freeze it for 1-2 hours. Remove from freezer after 1 hour. Blend it again well in blender. Freeze it for 8-9 hours or overnight.

1. Blend mango with 3 tbsp sugar.














2. To form a smooth paste.













 
3. Add milk.
















 

4. Add 1 cup mango puree.















5. Now 1 cup fresh cream















6. condensed milk.





















7. Blend all the ingredients well.





















   

8. Pour it in air-tight container.









9. Freeze it for 6-8 hours.




10. Serve chilled.
