STRAWBERRY TRUFFLEINGREDIENTS5-6 strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup thick yogurt or 2 tbsp thick curd (optional)
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp castor sugar
METHODChop strawberry. In non-stick pan, melt strawberry and sugar on low flame, when it forms paste immediately transfer hot mixture in serving glass. In other bowl, mix together thick curd or yogurt, cream and castor sugar. Layer this mixture on top of melted strawberry. Garnish the last layer with chopped strawberry. Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
You can use thick curd if yogurt is not available.
