INSTANT CARROT IDLIINGREDIENTS5 tbsp sooji (semolina)
5 tbsp curd
1 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
1 carrot finely grated or pureed
salt to taste
METHODMix suji, curd, salt and baking soda to make a smooth batter. Add grated or pureed carrot in it. Grease the idli stand with oil and fill it with batter steam it for 10 minutes.
Serve with chutney, sauce or sambhar.
