PROTEIN POWER PRANTHAINGREDIENTS1/2 cup par-boiled (little raw) chana dal
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup boiled soya granules
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp ginger
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp coriander
salt to taste
METHODMash chana dal and mix all the ingredients together and stuff in to rolled dough to make delicious healthy paranthas. Serve with butter and curd.
